What is required to register?

– Completed and signed new registration form (Registration form must be signed by the Director of the company)
– Certified Company registration documents,
– Certified copies of ALL the Directors ID document (Certified documents must not be older than 3 months)
– Power of Attorney giving us permission to do the registration on the company’s behalf – Signed by the Director as indicated on the CIPC registration documents
(Copy and paste the attached ‘Power of Attorney’ on the company’s letterhead, complete and sign)
– Proof of Banking details
– Proof of address
– Tax number
